Shareholders may contact us by phone, mail or email to get answers to questions about:

• Account information.
• Arico stock or dividends.
• Arico financial information.
• Replacement of lost certificates.

Shareholders will receive an acknowledgment of their inquiry by email or phone call within one business day of receipt of the request and, in most cases, the request will be completed within 48 hours. Representatives of Arico Shareholder Services are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Indochina Time (UTC+7), Monday to Friday to assist you.
