GENERAL INFORMATION

Advanced Freezing Technology:

  • We first applied Impingement freezing technology in 2001 in Vietnam. After decades of continuously improvement with number of effective models, now we go on innovating this technology with higher efficiency and call it “Uni-Impingement”. This unique design is more cost-effective than cryogenic freezing and more productive than other conventional freezing technologies.
  • It can be applicable in wide range of frozen products, from shrimp to fish, from dimsum to meat and poultry, etc.

Efficiency and High productiveness:

  • Uni-Impingement Mesh Belt IQF is designed for continuous high production with 1 or 2 straight belts which are synchronously or independently belt speed controlled.
  • As the food demand is going up day by day, the Food processors always require a high productive freezer that is not only able to considerably increase their productiveness, but also remarkably reduce the CPU (Cost Per Unit) and OMC (Operation and Maintenance Cost). Uni-Impingement Mesh Belt IQF is not standing out of this trend, with designed freezing capacity up to 3200 KG/HR and AAD system (Automatic Air Defrost) along with CIP (Clean in Place), it provides more than 24 hours non-stop operating and reduces the defrosting and cleaning time a half compares to conventional IQF.

FREEZING PRINCIPLES

  • After being set on Infeed Conveyor belt with desire pattern, the product is carried to the IQF belt and then transferred through the Uni-Impingement Freezing Zone inside cooling chamber. There are thousands of high velocity cold jets of high pressure airflow from high pressure air chamber will strongly directly blow into the product via new innovated air nozzles. These high boosted velocity cold air jets continuously interrupt the boundary heat layers surround the products. It allows the cold air jets to contact directly and deeply take effect on the products, thus results a superfast freezing.

Arico Full Cooking And Freezing Line

• The fastest and most cost-efficient solution for frozen products which is up to 25mm thick and chilled product which is up to 200mm thick.

• Only Stainless Steel and Food Grade Materials are used to make Uni-Impingement Mesh Belt IQF.

• Maximum yield, minimum dehydration, no deformation.

• Access doors and two full height access walkways in both sides make Uni-Impingement IQF become Access Everywhere, Easy to Clean. Operator can easily access to fans and coils (to clean or do maintenance) position without any difficulty.

• Optimized air flow, sturdy and aerodynamic structure, aluminum aero foil blade profile evaporator fans allow less power consumption.

• Air Defrost System is integrated help saving water for cleaning and prevent frost forming on belt surface. WSFC (Water Sterilizing, Filtering and Circulating system) is available as an upgrade option make saving water is even more efficient.
