COUNTER FLOW COOLING MACHINE

Using inverse chill water flow and hundreds of water thread from the top to submerge after cooked shrimp, thus generate an effect similar to impingement effect to break down the heat layer cover around the shrimp and make the cooling process happen faster.

Counter Flow Cooling Machine is mainly used to immediately cool down the product after cooked, thus help reduce the weight loss and ready to be frozen by IQF or other freezers.

The gear motor, Inverter and other major components are imported from USA or EU.

The conveyor belt is driven by Frequency Inverter and its speed is automatically synchronized with Steam Cooker/Blancher and Pre-cooler Machine. This is not only help easier in controlling, but more convenient in operating.

Cooling Machine is controlled from Machine Central Control, ensure the full line synchronization control.
