ICE STORAGE BIN

Arico designs and manufactures full stainless steel ice storage to store and supply large quantities of flake ice. The fully automatic ice discharge system ensures delivery on demand combined with the orbital silo help end-users have more options to reduce the operating time of the Flake Ice Maker (FIM). We can run the FIM in the night time to produce flake ice and store it in silo for daylight usage to save energy.

Our stainless steel orbital silo includes a spindle with simultaneous movement and rotation that moves the ice, breaking any blocks ice occur, and preventing the formation of caves. The orbital flake ice silo with bottom screw, push to center discharge system, operates based on a first-in first-out (FIFO) principle.

The orbital silos are placed on a stainless steel frame combined with the insulated cabinet having access door for maintenance purpose and the rotatable hoist screw for flake ice delivery.
